About Life Like

Life Like is a life simulator you can play in about two minutes. You're born — maybe rich, maybe poor, maybe in ancient Rome, maybe two hundred years from now — and you make a short series of choices that carry you from your first breath to your last. At the end, you find out what your life was like: the shape of it, the turns it took, the person you became.

The idea is simple on purpose. Most life-sim games ask for hours. Life Like asks for two minutes and gives you a whole arc — a beginning, a middle, and an end you didn't see coming. Then you play again, and it's a completely different life. You never know what you're gonna get.

We built Life Like because the most interesting thing about a life isn't any single choice — it's how a handful of small decisions, plus a lot of luck you don't control, add up to something you'd never have predicted. Every playthrough is a tiny story about that. Some are funny. Some are strangely moving. Some are just weird. All of them are over fast enough that you'll want to see the next one.

There's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for. Open it, live a life, share the ones that surprise you, and play again. That's the whole thing.
