How do the choices work?

As your life unfolds you'll make a short series of simple decisions. Each one steers your life in a different direction. Because your starting circumstances are randomized, the same decision can lead to very different outcomes across playthroughs.

Are any two lives the same?

Almost never. Your era, your circumstances at birth, and the choices you're offered recombine every time, so each playthrough tells its own story.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. Life Like runs right in your browser.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. Life Like works in a mobile browser as well as on desktop.

Can I share my life?

Yes — when you get a life worth showing off (or one that's just bizarre), share it and challenge a friend to see what theirs looks like.
